Marques Ogden is a keynote speaker, business coach, consultant, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals and organizations perform at their highest level. As the Founder and CEO of Ogden Ventures LLC, Marques works with leaders and teams to strengthen culture, build resilience, and drive sustainable success.
Before stepping into business, Marques played in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Tennessee Titans, and Jacksonville Jaguars. After football, he built a multimillion-dollar construction company, lost nearly $2 million in 90 days, and rebuilt his life from the ground up with a new mindset.
