Marques Ogden is a keynote speaker, business coach, consultant, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals and organizations perform at their highest level. As the Founder and CEO of Ogden Ventures LLC, Marques works with leaders and teams to strengthen culture, build resilience, and drive sustainable success.
Before stepping into the business world, Marques played in the NFL with teams like the Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Tennessee Titans, and Jacksonville Jaguars. After his football career, he launched a construction company that quickly grew into a multimillion-dollar business, but a major project loss led to bankruptcy, costing him nearly $2 million in just 90 days.
Rather than letting that moment define him, Marques rebuilt his life from the ground up, starting with a job as a custodian and a commitment to change his mindset. That experience now fuels his message and the work he does every day.
Today, Marques is a sought-after keynote speaker who has worked with over 40 Fortune 500 companies and more than 15 Fortune 100 organizations, including Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Intel, JPMorgan Chase, and The Home Depot.
